Bruin Entrepreneurs recruits UCLA students each fall and winter through our member and Startup Labs tracks. Applications are open to undergraduate and graduate students from any major.

We are recruiting for two tracks this fall: students looking to join Bruin Entrepreneurs as members and founders looking to build their company or idea through Startup Labs. Both tracks follow the same recruitment timeline. You may only apply to one track.

Tracks
Members
For UCLA students looking to join Bruin Entrepreneurs. Members work alongside founders in Startup Labs, contribute to club initiatives and events, and participate in member socials and retreats.
Startup Labs
For UCLA founders looking to build and grow their company or idea through Startup Labs. The 10-week equity-free accelerator provides mentorship, resources, and hands-on support and ends with a Demo Day.
We will email everyone on the interest form when applications open.

What members get
- Hands-on startup experience by supporting founders in Startup Labs throughout each 10-week cohort.
- Direct access to founders, investors, and operators through events, workshops, and member sessions.
- Opportunities to help organize events and initiatives across Bruin Entrepreneurs.
- A community of students interested in startups, venture capital, and entrepreneurship, along with access to our alumni network.
- Member socials, retreats, and other community events throughout the year.
Who we look for
Students who are excited about startups and want to gain experience before building something of their own. You do not need to have a startup or prior entrepreneurship experience.
Members come from all majors and backgrounds across UCLA. We value students who bring different skills, perspectives, and interests to the community.
Startup Labs
Founders actively building a startup or exploring an idea they want to turn into one. At least one founder must be a current UCLA student, alum, or faculty member. Startup Labs is for teams looking for support, mentorship, and connections to take their company further.
